Terms of Use

Updated 27 October 2026. These terms cover the basic use of the Hickey website and store.

Accounts and baskets

You need to sign in to add products to a basket. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information when placing an order. Your saved basket and order history are associated with your Hickey account.

Products and orders

Product details, availability, and prices are shown on the store. The amount shown at checkout is submitted for payment. An order is recorded as paid after the payment provider confirms payment. If we need to contact you about an order, we use the contact and delivery details provided at checkout.

Payment and delivery

Online payments are processed through Razorpay Checkout. Delivery estimates shown on the store are estimates and may vary by location and carrier. Please provide a complete delivery address and a phone number that can be used for delivery.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access another person's account. We may update product information and website features as the store changes.
